As a Creative Director, you’ll set the vision and lead the creative direction for a company at the forefront of AI research and innovation. You’ll define how Surge’s brand shows up across every touchpoint—digital, interactive, experiential, and narrative—ensuring our mission and research are communicated with clarity, impact, and originality.
You’ll be responsible for elevating Surge’s creative voice, guiding how we tell our story visually and experientially, and building a cohesive brand identity that resonates across audiences. Working closely with marketing, communications, and research, you’ll transform complex technical ideas into accessible, inspiring creative that shapes how the world understands Surge and the future of AI.
Lead the concept and execution of bold creative work that defines how Surge shows up across campaigns, experiences, and narratives
Evolve and elevate our brand expression, bringing originality and cultural relevance to every touchpoint
Translate complex technical ideas into visually and emotionally compelling creative that resonates with diverse audiences
Collaborate closely with design, marketing, communications, and research to deliver high-quality creative that reflects both rigor and imagination
Experienced creative with a portfolio that shows high-impact campaigns, narratives, or experiences at the intersection of tech and culture
Strong ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and craft
Skilled at making complex or abstract concepts tangible, human, and memorable through creative storytelling
