[Full-Time] [Remote]
We're a brand operator running 7–8 figure DTC brand portfolios across the US and global markets. Our growth runs through paid socials at a serious scale. This means creative production is constant and volume is high. We produce hundreds of ads per month, iterate rapidly, and measure everything against performance.
We operate like a high-output studio where creative teams work in structured pods, feedback is fast and data-driven, and the bar for quality never drops even when the volume is relentless. Every process, every system, and every person either enables speed or gets in the way. We're hiring for people who understand that difference.
The Creative Coordinator is a creative strategic execution and admin support role to the team lead.
You're essentially the second hand of our lead strategist. Your job is to handle the repetitive, high-volume admin and quality assurance tasks which, done right, create space for our Lead Creative Strategist to actually think strategically instead of drowning in logistics.
You'll own daily quality reviews, meeting prep, work side by side with the Ops team on performance monitoring, and help our strategists supplement their knowledge through competitive research and spotting trends in the DTC field.
Your support will mean the team lead gets more time for building overall strategy, the creative strategist tribe gets the additional creative support they need, and creative meetings run smoothly. You're the person who notices early when timelines are slipping due to endless back and forths during QA, when editors need support, and when trends are emerging that the lead strategist should know about at a macro level.
• Daily TikTok ad review & quality assurance — review all TikTok creative output against guidelines & best practices [QA support].
• Meeting preparation & deck assembly — prepare barebone meeting decks ahead of three recurring creative meetings (Creative Strategy, UGC, Creative Sync). Use existing templates, populate with data from trackers and prior outcomes. Decks should be 80% complete and ready for the lead
• Video editor & designer performance monitoring — daily check of ClickUp for output quality, communication, and delivery timelines. Flag issues same-day before they cascade into pod delays. You're an early warning system for the lead strategist and head of operations on individual team members
• Performance review support — compile data and assist in monthly creative team performance reviews. Aggregate metrics, QA results, delivery trends, and feedback into summary format for the team lead to review and discuss with the team
• Daily competitive research & concept logging — scout competitor ads across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and other platforms. Log the 5 strongest concepts per day into a shared tracker with screenshots and notes on format, copy angle, visual hook, and why it works. You're surfacing reference material, not leading strategy.
• Ad hoc creative operations tasks — support other recurring or one-off needs of the lead strategist
Requirements
• Direct-response (DR) or DTC marketing background (2+ years) — you understand the environment we operate in and the metrics that matter
• Obsessive attention to detail — you catch quality issues, consistency gaps, and macro level problems that others miss
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and project management systems — Google Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, etc.
• Self-directed and can handle multiple concurrent tasks — minimal hand-holding; you prioritize and move without needing permission
• Clear, direct written communication — you flag issues without hedging; your Slack messages are specific and actionable
• Reasonable timezone overlap with the Lead Strategist
• Background in video editing, graphic design, or DR copywriting — gives you creative literacy so you can spot issues faster
• Experience using and strong understanding of ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or marketplace interfaces and policies
• Experience supporting creative teams or managing QA workflows — you know what good output looks like
Benefits
• Competitive monthly rate ($2,000–$3,000 USD) based on experience and ability to move fast
• Fully remote — no fixed location, flexible setup
• Access to real performance data and learning from how the creative system actually works at scale
• Exposure to high-volume, multi-market DTC creative production and operations infrastructure
