Role Objective

What You’ll Do
- Ad Library & Database Management: Maintain ad libraries and ensure databases of top headers, ad text, and headlines are consistently up to date.
- Performance Reporting: Assist with reporting tasks, including Creative Insights reports, QBRs, and verifying data accuracy across various systems.
- Operational Support: Assist with data entry, formatting, entering screenshots, and maintaining the accuracy of client information databases.
- Project Coordination: Provide assistance project managing new client launches and collaborate with internal teams to track project timelines.
- Systems & Admin: Assist with the migration to Notion, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare minutes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the digital media industry, particularly social media advertising (User-Generated Content, Direct-to-Consumer).
- Administrative Background: Proven experience providing administrative support to various departments and stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organization: Expert multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and complete projects within tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency using Google Suite applications and experience with customer/client database management.
- Mindset: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a high degree of proactivity.
Working Hours & Culture
- Contract Details: This is a contract position but will be 40 hours+ per week, paid on an hourly basis (billed monthly via contractor invoicing)
- Async-First: We are a global, remote team. While we are flexible, we ask for overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and Slack communication.
