We are a sensory-focused children’s brand creating thoughtfully designed products, stories, and resources that help children feel comfortable, understood, and supported in their own unique ways. Through modern design, engaging characters, and expert-informed educational content, we are building a warm, story-led world for families.
We’re looking for a versatile Creative Content Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital, ecommerce, social media, packaging, educational content, and marketing channels.
This role is ideal for a creative who combines strong visual design skills with modern content sensibility and understands how to adapt illustrations, animations, and brand assets into polished, cohesive content across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with external illustrators, animators, marketers, and creative partners to help translate our creative world into engaging customer-facing experiences.
Social media and digital marketing content
Website and ecommerce visuals
Packaging graphics and inserts
Ecommerce creative
Educational and parent-facing resources
YouTube thumbnails and channel assets
Marketing collateral and trade show materials
Brand templates and creative systems
Design cohesive visual assets across digital, ecommerce, packaging, and marketing channels
Create engaging content for social media, websites, YouTube, email, and ecommerce platforms
Maintain strong visual consistency across all customer touchpoints
Help evolve and refine creative templates and visual systems
Take illustration and animation assets created by external creatives and adapt them for:
Social media
Website and ecommerce
YouTube
Packaging
Amazon listings
Marketing materials
Resize, edit, organize, and prepare creative assets for multiple formats and channels
Edit short-form videos, reels, GIFs, and lightweight motion content
Design layouts and visuals for educational and parent-facing content
Create guides, worksheets, downloadable resources, blog graphics, and sensory hub content
Collaborate with internal teams and sensory advisors to ensure content feels approachable, engaging, and aligned with the brand
Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use
Organize templates, design systems, and creative asset libraries
Collaborate with illustrators, animators, photographers, and external creatives
Help support efficient creative workflows as the brand grows
We’re looking for a creative with strengths in:
Graphic and visual design
Typography and layout
Social and ecommerce creative
Packaging graphics (we have a 3D packaging designer)
Content adaptation and production
Basic motion/video editing (we have illustration/animation resources)
Creative storytelling
Asset organization and production workflows
Must be highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple creative projects and shifting priorities.
Strong portfolio showcasing modern consumer brand work
Experience with children’s, family, lifestyle, wellness, or consumer product brands preferred
Strong understanding of modern social content and visual storytelling
Comfortable adapting and repurposing creative assets across channels
Experience using AI-assisted creative and design tools to accelerate workflows
Experience designing for both digital and print production
Experience with some or all of the following:
Figma
Adobe Creative Suite
Canva
Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
AI-assisted creative and content production tools
Modern and approachable
Soft, elevated, and emotionally warm
Scandinavian-inspired simplicity
Clean layouts with thoughtful typography
Playful while remaining visually calm and approachable
Strong understanding of color, hierarchy, and visual consistency
Familiarity with children’s products or sensory-focused design principles
