Little Masters Development Center is seeking motivated, experienced, and compassionate CPSE Special Education Itinerant Teachers (SEITs) to provide individualized special education services to preschool-aged children throughout New York City.

Position: CPSE SEIT / Special Education Teacher
Locations: Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan & Staten Island
Schedule: Flexible – Full-Time and Part-Time Cases Available
Setting: Homes, Daycares, Preschools and Community-Based Settings

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 SEIT services in accordance with each child's IEP
- Implement individualized educational and behavioral strategies
- Address cognitive, communication, social-emotional, behavioral and developmental goals
- Maintain accurate session notes and required documentation
- Monitor and document student progress
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists and other members of the child's educational team
- Participate in meetings and provide progress updates when required
- Maintain professional communication and dependable attendance
Qualifications

Current New York State Special Education / Students with Disabilities teaching certification appropriate for CPSE services
- Experience working with preschool children and children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of IEP goals and progress monitoring
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Reliable, professional and able to manage an independent caseload
- Bilingual and multilingual providers are strongly encouraged to apply
