The Country Sales Manager, Uzbekistan owns direct sales execution in the Uzbekistan market for the company's Voice AI product. This is a hands-on role focused on building pipeline, developing a personal network, and closing deals directly with clients in key verticals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in direct B2B sales, with a track record of personally sourcing and closing deals
- Prior experience selling technology products - ideally AI, voice/conversational AI, SaaS, or similar tech-enabled solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Uzbek and English
- Comfortable working independently and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Proficiency with modern CRM systems and sales technologies
- Strong prioritization and execution skills across multiple concurrent objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects in target verticals (banking, debt collection, insurance, etc.)
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo/pitch, negotiation, closing
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and quota
Market & Network Development
- Leverage and expand personal network to generate warm introductions and qualified leads
- Stay current on local market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations relevant to target industries
- Represent the company at local industry events and client meetings
Collaboration
- Provide market and customer feedback to the COO and product team
- Report on pipeline status, forecasts, and deal progress on a regular basis
Product Expertise
- Develop deep understanding of the Voice AI product to effectively position it against client pain points
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders
