Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct B2B sales, with a track record of personally sourcing and closing deals
  • Prior experience selling technology products - ideally AI, voice/conversational AI, SaaS, or similar tech-enabled solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Uzbek and English
  • Comfortable working independently and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Proficiency with modern CRM systems and sales technologies
  • Strong prioritization and execution skills across multiple concurrent objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects in target verticals (banking, debt collection, insurance, etc.)
  • Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo/pitch, negotiation, closing
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and quota


Market & Network Development

  • Leverage and expand personal network to generate warm introductions and qualified leads
  • Stay current on local market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations relevant to target industries
  • Represent the company at local industry events and client meetings


Collaboration

  • Provide market and customer feedback to the COO and product team
  • Report on pipeline status, forecasts, and deal progress on a regular basis


Product Expertise

  • Develop deep understanding of the Voice AI product to effectively position it against client pain points
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders
