COTS Product Technical Architecture

Own overall technical architecture, integration strategy, solution design, estimation, implementation planning, and delivery governance for Sapiens engagements.

 

Experience

• 12–18 years in insurance technology and enterprise architecture
• Minimum 5+ years in Sapiens architecture and implementations
• Proven experience leading large-scale Sapiens transformation programs
• Experience across cloud, integration, data and platform architecture

Leadership Expectations

• Trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and Transformation Leaders.

• Ability to lead architecture discussions independently.

• Own technical solutions from pursuit through implementation.

• Serve as the technical face of the Zensar Sapiens practice.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
•    Pre-Sales & Solutioning
o    Lead technical solution discussions with prospective clients.
o    Define end-to-end solution architecture.
o    Participate in pursuit workshops and executive presentations.
o    Create architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical proposals.
o    Support cost estimation and implementation planning.
•    Architecture Leadership
o    Define target-state architecture.
o    Lead platform integration strategy.
o    Design API-led and event-driven architectures.
o    Define security, scalability, resiliency, and performance frameworks.
o    Govern architecture reviews and solution assurance.
•    Sapiens Platform Architecture
o    Configure and architect Sapiens platform components.
o    Design co-existence and migration strategies from legacy platforms.
o    Define integration patterns with: 
o    CRM
o    Data Warehouses
o    Document Management Systems
o    Payment Systems
o    Identity Platforms
o    Third-party insurance ecosystem platforms
•    Cloud & Modernization
o    Lead cloud migration strategies.
o    Design Azure-first deployment architectures.
o    Define DevSecOps operating model.
o    Establish CI/CD implementation standards.
o    Build observability and monitoring frameworks.
•    Delivery Leadership
o    Lead technical workstreams and technical governance.
o    Mentor architects, developers, and integration leads.
o    Drive design reviews and implementation standards.
o    Manage technical risks and dependencies.
•    Capability Building
o    Build Sapiens technical competency within Zensar.
o    Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators.
o    Establish architecture methodologies and standards.
o    Contribute to AI-enabled implementation accelerators.
