Corporate Travel Consultant – Online Fulfillment – Remote

 World Travel Service is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our Online Fulfillment team. This remote position is scheduled Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET. The successful candidate will review and manage online fulfillment queues, conduct detailed reviews of passenger name records (PNRs) in Sabre, interpret reservation history, and develop a thorough understanding of end-to-end online booking processes across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage priorities effectively with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to accuracy and service excellence are essential. Previous experience with Sabre and Concur is preferred. This position is fully remote.

 What you will be doing:

• Working in the GDS to review records that were booked via the OBT
• Talk to teammates and travelers to help solve problems
• Build relationships with coworkers and clients
• Dig into new things, you love learning and want to know how things work
• Work on multiple things at the same time, multi-tasking is your middle name
• Assisting with a broad range of projects

 What tools you need in your toolbox:

• Sabre GDS Experience is a must!
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Problem solving with minimal inputs
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to project a positive attitude
• Detailed organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• High level of professionalism
• Able to work from home

The hourly pay range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Corporate Travel Consultant is between $20.00 and $28.00 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
