The Corporate Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue for OTH Hotels Resorts. This role coordinates multi-channel marketing campaigns, manages vendor relationships, and ensures brand consistency across all digital and physical assets.
Job Overview
As the Corporate Marketing Manager, you will support the marketing strategy, brand presence, and promotional efforts for OTH Hotels Resorts and its managed properties. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for helping develop, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, support revenue goals, strengthen property-level awareness, and enhance the guest and team member experience.
This position partners closely with sales, revenue management, operations, property leadership, and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, consistent, and hospitality-focused across the portfolio. The Corporate Marketing Manager will assist with digital marketing, social media, website content, campaign coordination, creative assets, brand standards, marketing communications, and property-level support.
This role requires strong project management, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining a consistent brand voice and professional image.
Success in this role is measured through effective campaign execution, brand consistency, marketing support provided to hotels, digital engagement, vendor coordination, timely project completion, and contribution to portfolio-wide marketing goals.

Job Requirements
Education: Four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of marketing, communications, digital marketing, or hospitality marketing experience preferred. Experience supporting multiple business locations, hotel properties, or brands preferred. Prior experience with social media, website content, email marketing, vendor coordination, campaign execution, and marketing collateral development strongly preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Travel required: Occasional travel may be required to support property visits, photo shoots, marketing initiatives, trade shows, meetings, or special projects.
Physical requirements: Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, participate in meetings and property visits, move throughout hotel and event spaces as needed, and occasionally lift or carry light marketing materials.
