Job Overview

As the Corporate Marketing Manager, you will support the marketing strategy, brand presence, and promotional efforts for OTH Hotels Resorts and its managed properties. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for helping develop, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, support revenue goals, strengthen property-level awareness, and enhance the guest and team member experience.

 

This position partners closely with sales, revenue management, operations, property leadership, and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, consistent, and hospitality-focused across the portfolio. The Corporate Marketing Manager will assist with digital marketing, social media, website content, campaign coordination, creative assets, brand standards, marketing communications, and property-level support.

 

This role requires strong project management, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining a consistent brand voice and professional image.

 

Success in this role is measured through effective campaign execution, brand consistency, marketing support provided to hotels, digital engagement, vendor coordination, timely project completion, and contribution to portfolio-wide marketing goals.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports the VP of Marketing in developing and executing corporate marketing strategies for OTH Hotels Resorts and managed properties.
  • Coordinates marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, property marketing requests, and portfolio-wide communications.
  • Maintains brand consistency across digital, print, social media, website, advertising, and marketing collateral.
  • Partners with revenue management, operations, and property teams to align marketing efforts with business needs and revenue opportunities.
  • Assists with social media planning, content coordination, digital advertising, email marketing, website updates, and online reputation support.
  • Coordinates with external vendors, agencies, photographers, designers, printers, and media partners to support marketing projects.
  • Develops and maintains marketing materials including flyers, presentations, property collateral, promotional content, and internal communication pieces.
  • Tracks marketing project timelines, campaign performance, content needs, and property support requests.
  • Performs special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

 

Brand Management & Marketing Strategy

  • Supports the development and execution of marketing plans that align with company goals, property needs, and brand standards.
  • Helps maintain a consistent brand identity and voice across all marketing channels and guest-facing materials.
  • Conducts market research, reviews competitor activity, and identifies marketing opportunities that support property visibility and revenue growth.
  • Assists with the planning and rollout of seasonal promotions, hotel packages, special offers, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Provides guidance and support to hotels on marketing best practices, brand alignment, and approved messaging.

 

Digital Marketing & Content Coordination

  • Coordinates website content updates, property information, promotional messaging, photography, and online marketing assets.
  • Supports social media content planning, scheduling, engagement, and performance review across approved platforms.
  • Assists with email marketing campaigns, digital advertising coordination, landing pages, and content calendars.
  • Reviews digital content for accuracy, brand consistency, grammar, guest appeal, and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitors digital marketing trends and recommends practical improvements that support hospitality marketing goals.

 

Marketing Collateral & Property Marketing

  • Creates and updates marketing collateral, presentations, flyers, promotional materials, and other resources used by hotel and corporate teams.
  • Supports new hotel openings, transitions, renovations, rebranding efforts, and special property-level marketing needs.
  • Partners with property teams to gather content, photos, local highlights, offers, and guest-facing information for marketing use.
  • Coordinates marketing support for trade shows, community events, client-facing materials, and internal presentations.
  • Ensures marketing materials are accurate, professional, timely, and aligned with company and brand expectations.

 

Project Management, Reporting & Vendor Coordination

  • Manages marketing project timelines, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinates with vendors, agencies, printers, photographers, and other partners to support marketing needs and control project costs.
  • Tracks campaign activity, digital performance, social engagement, and marketing results to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepares marketing updates, recaps, and reports for leadership as requested.
  • Maintains organized marketing files, content calendars, project trackers, brand resources, and shared marketing materials.

 

Job Requirements

Education: Four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Experience: Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of marketing, communications, digital marketing, or hospitality marketing experience preferred. Experience supporting multiple business locations, hotel properties, or brands preferred. Prior experience with social media, website content, email marketing, vendor coordination, campaign execution, and marketing collateral development strongly preferred.

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written communication, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and guest-facing messaging.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, email marketing, basic analytics, and website content management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, or content management systems preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate professionally with corporate leadership, hotel teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Hospitality-focused mindset with a passion for service, teamwork, and creating positive guest and team member experiences.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, flexibility, and positivity in a fast-paced environment.

 

Travel required: Occasional travel may be required to support property visits, photo shoots, marketing initiatives, trade shows, meetings, or special projects.

 

Physical requirements: Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, participate in meetings and property visits, move throughout hotel and event spaces as needed, and occasionally lift or carry light marketing materials.
