About the Role:

  • The Learning Design Strategist will join a client-facing team responsible for designing and developing comprehensive learning experiences that support organizational transformation.

  • This role requires expertise in human-centered learning design combined with creative problem-solving, project management, and client collaboration.

  • The ideal candidate is curious about how culture and strategy shape organizations and is comfortable working in ambiguous environments.

  • The position focuses primarily on facilitated learning experiences (both in-person and virtual) while also contributing to digital learning content, e-learning modules, and multimedia learning assets.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client industries, business models, and strategic objectives to design relevant learning programs
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Analyze existing training programs, employee feedback, and organizational data to identify gaps
  • Research financial metrics, investor reports, and strategic priorities to inform program recommendations
  • Create compelling presentations that synthesize complex findings into actionable insights
  • Design human-centered learning experiences based on adult learning principles for both in-person and virtual formats
  • Develop design documentation and collaborate with clients to iterate on program designs
  • Create facilitator guides, participant materials, slide decks, and support resources such as handbooks, job aids, and toolkits
  • Build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 with engaging and creative elements
  • Develop multimedia learning content including videos, simulations, and assessments
  • Ensure all learning materials align with branding, messaging, and instructional design standards
  • Facilitate pilot testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine program designs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards
  • Maintain clear communication through proactive updates, documentation, and structured project plans
  • Facilitate client meetings, present findings, and ensure alignment with program goals


🎯 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience designing and delivering in-person and virtual learning programs in corporate environments
  • Strong critical thinking and synthesis skills to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations
  • Curiosity and business acumen to understand client industries, strategy, and organizational challenges
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative learning solutions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills for client-facing environments
  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills with strong visual storytelling and narrative development
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 / Storyline and multimedia content creation
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing learning experiences
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Ability to work in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
  • Availability during Eastern Time Zone working hours
  • Flexibility to extend hours when required for deadlines or global client calls
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites if needed
