About the Role
The Corporate Communications Manager will help shape the stories that define Arctic Wolf and the cybersecurity industry by driving top-tier media coverage, strengthening executive visibility, and positioning the company at the center of conversations around AI, cybersecurity, and business resilience.
This role is responsible for developing and executing high-impact communications programs that elevate Arctic Wolf’s leadership in agentic AI, machine-speed security, and modern security operations. You will bring the Arctic Wolf story to life in the media by translating company news, product innovation, threat research, and industry trends into compelling narratives that resonate with customers, partners, media, and the broader market.
This role requires a highly motivated communications leader who can manage rapid-response breaking news cycles while executing long-term media and thought leadership campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment and is collaborative, proactive, accountable, and passionate about leveraging AI to increase productivity and drive better outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute proactive communications programs that elevate Arctic Wolf’s innovation, leadership, culture, and impact to differentiate the brand in a crowded cybersecurity market.
Lead the planning and execution of external communications campaigns that drive awareness and visibility across technology, business, and trade media.
Serve as the central coordinator of our global communications program, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment.
Draft and edit impactful content, including press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, commentary, blog posts, briefing documents, messaging, FAQs, and coverage reports.
Partner with senior leaders to identify and secure strategic speaking, media, and thought leadership opportunities.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing and threat intelligence teams to translate advanced AI and cybersecurity capabilities into accessible, outcome-driven stories.
Manage PR agency relationship to drive coverage, amplify company announcements, and capitalize on emerging industry trends and breaking news opportunities.
Who You Are
Proven experience developing and executing communications strategies for technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI-driven organizations.
Strong media relationships across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, business, and AI publications.
Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
Deep interest in AI, cybersecurity, and the evolving threat landscape, with the ability to connect industry trends to company positioning
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with executives, technical teams, product leaders, researchers, and go-to-market stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and communicate business impact of communications programs.
Strong judgment in navigating sensitive topics, industry developments, and policy considerations.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and consistently delivers high-quality work under tight deadlines.
An enthusiastic adopter of AI tools who continuously looks for ways to improve efficiency, scale impact, and enhance communications outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of public relations/corporate communications experience within a leading cybersecurity or technology organization, or at a public relations agency supporting technology clients.
Availability to work Central or East Coast business hours.

The base salary range for this job family is 50,000 to 190,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
