At IncubatorLab, we build and scale high-growth direct-to-consumer brands through performance marketing, creative strategy, and data-driven experimentation. We're looking for a talented Copywriter who understands how to write persuasive copy that converts across the entire customer journey.

What You'll Do

• Write high-converting landing pages, sales pages, advertorials, and funnel copy for DTC brands.
• Develop direct response copy for Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, and Native Advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, Designers, and Growth Marketers to develop winning messaging and creative angles.
• Research customer pain points, market awareness levels, competitors, and product positioning.
• Continuously iterate and optimize copy based on performance metrics and testing results.
• Write compelling headlines, hooks, CTAs, and long-form copy designed to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting messaging across multiple brands and offers.
• Incorporate customer research, testimonials, reviews, and data into persuasive marketing assets.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of direct response copywriting experience.
• Proven experience writing:
  • Landing Pages
  • Sales Pages
  • Advertorials
  • Funnels
  • VSLs (preferred)
  • Google Ads
  • Native Advertising
• Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, buyer awareness levels, and conversion principles.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Native Traffic platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain.
• Ability to interpret performance data and improve copy based on results.
• Excellent research skills and ability to quickly understand new products and markets.
• Strong written English with exceptional attention to detail.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience writing for health, wellness, nutrition, or supplement brands.
• Experience working alongside Creative Strategists or Growth Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
• Experience with AI-assisted copywriting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) while maintaining original, high-quality work.
