At Nachhilfeunterricht.de, we are looking for experienced and motivated Leadership Coaches / Leadership Skills Tutors to provide private coaching sessions and support learners at all stages of their careers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised Leadership coaching sessions tailored to each student's or professional's goals.

• Teach topics such as Leadership, Team Management, Emotional Intelligence, Decision-Making, Conflict Resolution, Motivation, Delegation, Change Management, Strategic Thinking, and Executive Communication.

• Help learners improve their management skills, prepare for leadership roles, and overcome workplace challenges.

• Design practical exercises, case studies, and real-world scenarios to strengthen leadership competencies.

• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Leadership, Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

• Managers, executives, HR professionals, business coaches, consultants, university graduates, and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

• Previous teaching experience is not required.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for helping others develop their leadership potential.
