Due to growth, we are adding a Vendor Relationship Coordinator’s to our team!

 

The Vendor Relationship Coordinator’s primary role is to support the day-to-day operations of the Vendor Management function on behalf of company, ensuring quality delivery of a variety of administrative and office related tasks. The Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of daily operations related to activities provided by third party vendors, working closely with the Vendor Relationship Manager and partnered functional Leadership staff to provide general support.

 

The Vendor Relationship Coordinator meets their goal by ensuring they provide exceptional administrative support as required by the Vendor Relationship Manager and efficiently manages daily activities according to the ever-changing support requirements. The Vendor Relationship Coordinator must be engaged in meetings and is responsible for assistance in maintaining communication between organizations. The Coordinator will also have a matrixed relationship with the functional operational area supported by the role.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?   

  • Participate in and schedule daily, weekly, or monthly meetings and business reviews in support of designated vendor partnerships to which the Coordinator has been assigned.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for any daily tasks, vendor operational requests. This includes triaging escalations or researching data related to the vendor. 
  • Organize communication and meetings by taking meeting minutes, responding to chats and emails, and triaging escalations.
  • Create, maintain, and update vendor-related resources, including playbooks, performance data in internal tracking tools, and support documentation on shared platforms.
  • Manage access and permissions for shared resources, such as ShareFile and SharePoint.
  • Partner with Workforce Management (WFM) to coordinate eLearning, team meetings, scheduling needs, and overtime of each department with vendor.
  • Collaborate with vendor manager, WFM, and Training teams to identify training needs, support onboarding of vendor associates, and communicate training timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between IT, business areas and vendor partners, including basic troubleshooting and logging service tickets on behalf of the vendors.
  • Provide project and administrative support related to onboarding and implementation of new vendors or contract renewals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?  

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-high school education preferred. 
  • CPhT preferred.
  • Pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word. Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
