Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora’s patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs general administrative tasks such as handling the mail, typing, and maintenance of filling systems for the program.

  • Create and maintain patient records in the CRM by ensuring information documented are accurate and updated regularly

  • Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the Program

  • Act as a liaise between other members of the team

  • Handling faxes (incoming/outgoing) accordingly and timely

  • Labeling and attaching documents to the CRM and program drives

  • Review and analyze documents for Adverse Events

  • Report Adverse Events

  • As required, responsible for processing copayment requests for patients, pharmacies and/or physicians for programs offering copay assistance or concierge payments

  • Audits and maintains various reports specific to his/her business location by checking for errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies; makes corrections and notifies appropriate personnel of any modifications.

  • Assists with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time.

  • Participate in product and disease training sessions, internal as well as client-driven;

  • Liaise with HCPs for prescription renewals via phone calls

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls

  • Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsabilités:

  • Accueillir les patients qui se présentent à leurs rendez-vous, se présenter et les aider à utiliser le programme d’éducation iMD sur les IPADs de la clinique.  

  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux communications par télécopieur.  

  • Confirmer la date du prochain rendez-vous au moment où le patient quitte la clinique 

  • Commander les fournitures de bureau et l’équipement pour toutes les cliniques sous sa responsabilité et en assurer la réception.  

  • Collaborer avec le coordonnateur principal des cliniques et avec l’équipe de gestion pour commander l’équipement pour les nouvelles cliniques, en assurer la livraison ainsi que l’installation des systèmes téléphoniques et de l’équipement.  

  • Faire un suivi auprès des programmes et des pharmacies dans les cas de médicaments ou de documents manquants (p. ex. formulaire d’inscription, ordonnances, etc.). 

  • Envoyer les formulaires et les rapports par télécopieur ou par courriel à la demande du personnel infirmier. 

  • Résoudre les problèmes de TI et les problèmes connexes dans les cliniques sous sa responsabilité en collaboration avec l’équipe des TI.  

  • Préparer les tableaux et les médicaments pour les rendez-vous de la journée suivante. 

  • Transporter les médicaments, les échantillons de sang et les fournitures vers les autres cliniques au besoin. 

  • Remplir le registre des médicaments discontinués avec le soutien du personnel infirmier de la clinique. 

  • Participer à l’inventaire mensuel dans les cliniques sous sa responsabilité. 

  • Participer à l’exécution de certaines composantes des vérifications régulières conformément aux pratiques exemplaires en soins infirmiers. 

  • Répondre aux demandes des coursiers et gérer la procédure de retour des biens au siège social. 

  • Participer à la rédaction des rapports de variation de température des réfrigérateurs. 

  • Contribuer à informer la Commission de la santé et de la sécurité au travail avec l’aide du représentant de la Commission de la santé et sécurité au travail ou du gestionnaire du secteur d’affaires. 

  • Archiver et retourner les rapports des patients autorisés à sortir au siège social. 

  • Soutenir le gestionnaire du secteur d’affaires en ce qui concerne la qualité afin que les cliniques Innomar puissent garder leur certification ISO 

  • Exécuter d’autres tâches qui pourraient lui être assignées. 

  • Peut être amené à devoir rester en disponibilité/attente dans le cadre de ce rôle 

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred

  • Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar administrative role

  • Experience with the SalesForce software (or experience with a CRM system) an asset
