Conversion Strategist (CRO Manager)

Aufgaben

• You’ll develop roadmaps, hypotheses, ideas, and concepts as part of our redesign and testing team
• based on data analyses you’ve conducted yourself.
• Focusing on your favorite brands from Germany and the U.S.
• This involves both the details and the big picture: new funnels, offers, redesigns and also small tests that we implement.
• You’ll work closely with your team of self-directed senior designer and developer to ensure your strategies are implemented optimally
• To achieve maximum visual (aesthetic) and business (uplift) impact for our clients.

Qualifikation

• The bottom line is that you're an incredible e-commerce geek. Which means you live and breathe e-commerce through and through.
• You are smart and curious
• Strong stress resistance: You don’t panic when things go sideways
• Self-managed (!), disciplined, proactive
• Learning and being among the best are your top priorities
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
