We are currently seeking a Conversion Agent (German Desk) to join our team

This role is part of a newly launched international project focused on helping potential customers throughout their purchasing journey. You'll work with warm leads who have already expressed interest in premium products, guiding them through the decision-making process and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is a sales-focused role, ideal for professionals who enjoy consultative selling, relationship building, and creating personalized customer interactions.

Working schedule:

  • Monday–Friday

  • Approximately 08:00–17:00 CET

  • 1-hour break

  • Fully remote work

Your future responsibilities include:

  • Following up with warm leads who have requested product information and shared their contact details;

  • Making outbound calls to customers across the DACH region and other European markets;

  • Communicating with customers in both German and English;

  • Presenting products, answering general questions, and supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey;

  • Building trust and creating a premium customer experience during every interaction;

  • Handling basic objections and helping interested prospects make confident purchasing decisions;

  • Recording customer interactions, feedback, and next steps in CRM systems;

  • Escalating complex product, pricing, delivery, or payment-related questions to the appropriate internal teams;

  • Following established sales processes, communication guidelines, and quality standards.

Communication channels:

  • Outbound phone calls;

  • CRM system;

  • Messaging tools.

This position focuses on sales consultations rather than traditional customer support.

Needed experience & skills:

Required:

  • German proficiency (C1–C2);

  • English proficiency (C1);

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer consultations, or similar customer-facing roles;

  • Experience communicating with customers over the phone.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills;

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly;

  • High level of ownership and accountability;

  • Empathy, patience, and customer-oriented thinking;

  • Confidence in handling objections and guiding customers through the decision-making process.
