Priority items

•    Netsuite cut-over: support reconciliation completeness, including ensuring that migration and cut-over reconciliations are appropriately completed, reviewed and evidenced.

•    Ram Tracking to NetSuite migration planning: support planning, readiness assessment and finance-led actions required to enable an effective migration process.

FY26 year end support

•    Support audit project management activities, including coordination of outstanding audit requests, tracking of deliverables and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

•    Support Ram Tracking COGS activities, including monthly input and review, development of a more systematic approach, recommendations for improvement, implementation support and capitalisation policy review.

•    Prepare and support various tax packs, including UK and US requirements.

•    Support balance sheet reviews, including US state tax reconciliations.

•    Review and progress statutory financial statements through to completion for KCSL, MAMSL, Ram Tracking, InspHire Limited, KCS (KSH) Limited, KCS US Holdco, KCS Corporation, KCS South Africa, IQ Retail and KCS Netherlands.

•    Support complex note preparation and review for the Group financial statements.

•    Support SECR reporting requirements.

•    Support Klipboard FSM corporate merger and novation activity.

•    Prepare and support the Group consolidated cash flow statement for FY26.
