Job Description:

  • Assist the contracting team managing and processing Medicare Advantage Contracting
  • Work directly with affiliate agencies to ensure their needs are met
  • Communication and customer service with agents
  • Work directly with other departments to assist with various needs
  • Attend Company Events
  • Some Travel
  • Participate in Company social media as per executive management
  • Assist in social media platforms and online presence
  • Flexibility to learn and take on additional tasks, as needed, especially during times of elevated workflow
  • Support Contracting and Accounting teams as needed with data and office work flow
  • Assist Contracting and Office admin team with general office responsibilities related to data entry, contracting, and general office tasks
