Role Summary
Join a team that plays a critical role in delivering accurate, compliant, and client-focused documents that support healthcare solutions across Evernorth. In this role, you will partner across a matrixed organization to translate complex benefit structures into clear, compliant materials for clients and customers. You will bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset to help enhance processes and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze implementation materials to create legal documents for new and existing business.
Analyze benefits to ensure they are in compliance with legislation.
Respond to questions from internal partners and/or external clients.
Identify process improvements for end to end installation and automation.
Handle multiple products as well as highly complex accounts while effectively managing inventory to meet deadlines.
Consistently build product knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of matrix partner functions and how they interact.
Create new and renewing legal and compliant customer documents based on the analysis and interpretation of client benefits, funding types and client specific language requirements.
Modify customer documents to comply with specific federal and/or state mandates and proactively communicate/coordinate with all matrix partners.
Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve service and increase efficiencies.
Effectively track inventory and manage a book of business while focused on stellar quality results.
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience analyzing complex information and producing accurate documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Preferred
Experience within healthcare, health plan products, or benefit administration.
Knowledge of funding types, benefit structures, and healthcare terminology.
Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
