Contract Management Specialist with knowledge of Spanish

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Contract Management Specialist to join our Legal team.

With you we will:  

• Perform Contract Management and other software tools aimed to support Legal function: reviewing contracts, updating contract records within the defined timelines and with the expected accuracy, corporate data review, contract templates automation;
• Analysis of materials for their compliance with legislation;
• Support of  Platforms and Shared Folders – Sources of Legislation changes, support of Knowledge Platforms;
• Develop best practices and guides:
• Report of traffic, effectiveness and efficiency to the Stakeholders.
• Manage of company corporate data

Key requirements:

• Proficient in International Legal field 
• Knowledgeable of Entities Management System Administration;
• 1-2 years experience in the legal office as assistant will be a plus;
• Able to work with large volumes of data;  - Willing to work with Contracts;  - With good learning agility; 
• Result focus with attention to process details;
• Confident in English and Spanish on at least B1+/ B2 level
