Position Summary
The Contract Administrator supports Bridgepointe's legal and business operations by managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, client engagements, NDAs, and partnership arrangements. This role works closely with the legal, sales, and finance teams to ensure contracts are accurately drafted, reviewed, executed, and maintained in accordance with company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and process a high volume of commercial contracts, including agency agreements, NDAs, and amendments.
  • Manage contract workflows from initiation through execution, ensuring timely turnaround and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain and organize the company's contract management system, ensuring all executed agreements and key metadata are accurately tracked.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates, renewal deadlines, and key milestone obligations, proactively flagging upcoming action items to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, operations, and legal teams to resolve contract-related questions and facilitate approvals.
  • Prepare basic contract summaries, status reports, and other documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate non-standard terms, risk items, and deviations from approved templates to the legal team.
  • Assist with the development and improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support integration efforts related to contract inventory and review.
  • Track and report on key contract metrics, including cycle times, volume, and bottlenecks.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a paralegal role, preferably in a technology or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with standard commercial contract terms and structures (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, order forms).
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or databases (e.g., Ironclad, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document review and data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, sales, finance, and operations teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Paralegal or other legal training.
  • Familiarity with technology advisory, IT services, or telecom/cloud industry terminology.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Prior experience in a private equity-backed or acquisition-heavy organization
