ABOUT THE ROLE

With the fast growth of Sofascore’s social media presence around the world, we are looking for a Content Specialist. You would be responsible for managing social media profiles mainly for Spanish and English-speaking audiences, covering Instagram, X (Twitter) and TikTok. You'll have the freedom to go deep into the sports data, create insightful content and engaging posts, bringing the most important info to millions of sports fans all around the world.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Creating and publishing creative content for Sofascore’s social media profiles (such as Instagram, X and Tiktok) according to the content strategy and sports activities.
• Analyzing teams and players around the world using Sofascore’s vast database.
• Follow sport events live (European and Latin American major sports, such as football, tennis, F1 and others) and provide a variety of insights.
• Coordinate tasks with the rest of the global Content Team.

What you bring to the team

• Advanced knowledge of international football (specially Latin American and European).
• Experience in analyzing sports data.
• Experience in social media work, with creativity and boldness.
• Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Knowledge of tracking what's trending and hot topics of the moment.
• Proactivity and independence.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Willingness to learn new tools.
  
  

What sets you apart 

• Experience in American sports like ice hockey, American football and baseball is a plus.
• Experience in sports social media work is a plus.
• Experience using Figma and Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Creativity and experience in creating short videos in vertical format is a plus.
