Content Production Lead

🤓 TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners — people with no prior tech background — through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

We are looking for a Content Production Lead to own end-to-end educational content production across Content Production (Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts), Design (Graphics and Motion), and Quality Assurance, leading a team of 20+ people with full ownership of budget, team structure, and operational performance.

This role is focused on building scalable, high-performing production pipelines, driving team effectiveness and organizational improvements, and delivering measurable business outcomes while contributing to the overall content strategy.

What you will do

• Build and own a productive, AI-driven content production pipeline that includes LXD, design and QA and meets TTM targets.
• Prepare and introduce educational content approach as a standard for LXD work.
• Collaborate with Product Management Team to prioritize and plan product development.
• Unify a fragmented team with shared methodologies, values, guidelines, processes and expertise-sharing.
• Set up a metrics system and ownership of results shared across the team and specific to each vertical, conduct quarterly panning and tracking.
• Assess and develop the team in step with the pace of technology.
• Run research and experiments to find new educational models and approaches, pushing beyond the legacy.

Requirements

• Managed distributed, multi-disciplinary teams of instructional designers and QA and design/illustration, not one of the three.
• Real people-management track record. Hands-on experience with hiring, firing, competency frameworks, structured feedback.
• Owns educational content production end-to-end + speed up without quality loss.
• Can explain how to measure quality, ideally has done it before.
• Strong instructional grounding plus real visual judgment.
• Built metrics from zero, tracked them, moved business outcomes with them.
• Comfortable owning a budget.
