ABOUT THE ROLE

Pellera is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Content Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of content that strengthens brand awareness, engages target audiences, and supports business growth.

This role will be responsible for telling the Pellera story across every stage of the customer journey, from social media and creative assets to customer success stories, sales enablement assets, thought leadership, and website content. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and storyteller who can translate complex technology concepts into compelling, business-focused narratives that strengthen our brand, support our sales team, and drive engagement with customers and prospects.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Design, Leadership, customers, and partners, this individual will help build and scale a modern content engine that drives engagement, supports lead generation, and strengthens Pellera's market position.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling

  • Own and evolve Pellera's content strategy, editorial calendar, and content planning process.
  • Create and manage high-quality content including:
    • Website copy
    • Blogs and articles
    • Customer success stories and case studies
    • Executive thought leadership
    • Email campaigns and newsletters
    • Landing pages
    • Campaign assets
    • Sales enablement materials
  • Translate complex technology topics into engaging, business-focused content.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging, positioning, and voice across all channels.
  • Interview and collaborate with customers, executives, technical experts, and partners to uncover stories that highlight business outcomes and innovation.
  • Review and edit content to ensure quality, brand consistency, accuracy, and clarity.

Social Media & Content Distribution

  • Own Pellera's social media strategy and execution, with primary responsibility for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Develop platform-specific content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership.
  • Partner with designers, videographers, and marketing team members to create compelling visual and written content.
  • Repurpose and distribute content across channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Amplify company news, customer success stories, industry insights, executive perspectives, events, and campaign content.
  • Monitor channel performance and continuously optimize content based on engagement and business outcomes.

Sales Enablement & Campaign Support

  • Develop customer-facing and sales-facing assets including:
    • Solution briefs
    • One-pagers
    • Presentations
    • Battlecards
    • Playbooks
    • Customer proof points
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to support business objectives and buyer journeys.
  • Contribute content and messaging for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a repository of customer testimonials, case studies, and supporting sales resources.

Performance Optimization & Growth

  • Apply SEO best practices across website, blog, and landing page content.
  • Monitor content performance, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
  • Use insights and data to optimize content strategy and improve business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Pellera's market presence, storytelling approach, and content operations.
  • Ensure content initiatives remain aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, journalism, public relations, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience creating content for B2B audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling customer-focused narratives.
  • Experience developing content across multiple formats, including web, social, email, blog, and sales enablement materials.
  • Hands-on experience executing social media programs across multiple channels.
  • Solid understanding of content strategy, SEO principles, and audience engagement.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand quality and consistency.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and alignment with company values.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience within B2B technology organizations.
  • Background in IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience building customer advocacy, customer storytelling, or case study programs.
  • Knowledge of content analytics, SEO, and digital marketing optimization.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, LinkedIn advertising, Meta platforms, or similar marketing technologies.
