Role
IC Funded is looking for a Content Manager to own the planning, creation and performance of content across the brand’s digital channels. You will turn the needs of our trader community into clear, engaging and compliant content that builds trust, drives acquisition and supports retention.

Key Responsibilities
Content strategy and planning

• Develop and own the IC Funded content strategy, aligned with brand, acquisition and retention goals.
• Build and maintain a multi-channel editorial calendar covering the website, blog, email, social media, video and community channels.
• Use audience insight, keyword research and performance data to identify content opportunities and prioritize effort.

Content creation and management

• Write, edit and commission high-quality content, including articles, educational guides, newsletters, social posts, scripts and landing page copy.
• Maintain brand tone-of-voice and style guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels and regions.
• Coordinate localization of content for priority markets with regional teams or translation partners.

Performance and optimization

• Track and report on content KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion, SEO performance and funnel contribution.

Requirements
Essential

• Proven experience in a content marketing or content management role, ideally within financial services, fintech, trading or a similarly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated experience building and running content calendars and managing multiple projects to deadline.
• Solid understanding of SEO, content analytics and digital distribution.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and email or marketing automation tools.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Knowledge of forex, CFDs, prop trading or funded trader programmes, and the retail trading audience.
• Additional languages relevant to IC Funded’s target markets.
