AI Summary

You will own the end-to-end content strategy across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, including writing, script development, and editorial oversight. You are responsible for distributing high-quality content that drives qualified applications and investor engagement.

FairClub sits between two audiences that read very differently. Founders raising private rounds. Investors deciding whether to write a cheque into one.

Most content aimed at either group is bad. Crypto content is loud and says nothing. Finance content is careful and says nothing. We want the version that is neither — writing and video that a general partner would forward to a colleague, on subjects that usually only get discussed privately.

You own that output. Strategy and the work itself.

Tasks

What you'll own

  • The content strategy across LinkedIn, X and YouTube. What we publish, how often, and why each channel gets something different.
  • Writing. Long-form posts, threads, deal breakdowns, explainers on structures most people get wrong.
  • YouTube. Scripts, formats, and the editorial spine of the channel. You do not have to be on camera, but you have to know what makes a finance video watchable past ninety seconds.
  • Distribution. Getting the work in front of the people who matter, which is mostly not an algorithm problem.
  • The measurement that tells us whether it worked — qualified applications from founders, investor sign-ups, inbound from people we could not have reached otherwise.
  • Working with the team to turn what we are actually building into content. Real numbers, real structures, real deals.

Requirements

What you'll need

  • You understand private markets. Cap tables, dilution, liquidation preferences, SAFEs, SPV economics, carry. You can explain a term sheet without a glossary.
  • You understand crypto properly. Token structures, governance, custody, why non-custodial matters. Not surface-level.
  • A body of work we can read. Newsletter, account, channel, publication — something with your name on it that we can judge.
  • Editorial judgement. You know the difference between a post that gets engagement and a post that gets a meeting.
  • You can produce. This is a small team; nobody is briefing an agency on your behalf.
  • Comfort with video as a format, including the editing pipeline and what it costs in time.
