This role will support Catalog and related products, the central product data and intelligence platform behind personalized ads, business messaging, and shoppable experiences across Meta. • Use data, user research, and A/B testing insights to evaluate content effectiveness and iterate on copy to improve user comprehension and task completion
  • Contribute to team-level content design goals by identifying gaps in existing systems and proposing scalable solutions
  • Communicate content rationale and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners and leaders, influencing product decisions through well-reasoned content recommendations
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content exploration, prototype copy variations, and streamline documentation and review workflows
  • Openly share project progress and priorities with key stakeholders, incorporating feedback loops into the content design process

Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools for managing and updating content at scale
  • Examples of work in design systems and systems thinking
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects with minimal direction and handling a large degree of ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
