Overview
We’re looking for a production designer with strong branding and eCommerce instincts to create high-converting e-commerce creatives including listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages. This role focuses on visual storytelling, clarity, and conversion.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to create marketing and copy to translate product benefits into compelling, Amazon-optimized visuals. There will be opportunities to extend your design skills into other areas of marketing such as pitch design, branding, and social. There will be future opportunities to help refine and redefine creative processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Design e-commerce listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages (Amazon)
- Create clear, conversion-focused layouts that communicate benefits quickly
- Develop iconography, infographics, and comparison visuals
- Ensure all designs meet technical and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Art director and marketers to bring product narratives to life
- Iterate designs based on performance insights and feedback
- Apply brand guidelines to brand’s extended creative presence
- Organize and deliver final assets for upload and testing
- Contribute design support to new business pitches, presentations, and cross-agency creative tasks.
- Help structure workflows, improve design processes, and raise the overall craft level of the team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of graphic design experience (eCommerce or performance marketing a plus)
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Suite, Teamwork or similar tools
- Able to leverage AI tools for creating
- Ability to design within tight constraints and fixed formats
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assets/projects
- English level proficiency
Nice to Have
- Proven experience designing for Amazon creative content or product listings
- Experience working with Amazon Brand Stores
- Setting up Amazon A/B split testing and understanding
- Familiarity with CRO, UX, or performance marketing
- Understanding of how design impacts Amazon SEO and shopper behavior
- Experience collaborating with paid media or growth teams
