Content Designer

职位概述

负责CRM营销活动中的创意内容制作，包括脚本编写、平面物料制作、简单视频剪辑等执行工作。与运营、品牌团队紧密合作，确保内容符合品牌规范与渠道基础要求。

主要职责

• 根据CRM活动的创意构思需求，制作合适各渠道的文本、可落地定制化内容。
• 协同创建平面材料，包括关键视觉、横幅、EDM视觉、推送通知图形等。
• 为不同的CRM接触点调整内容，以优化效果，并确保品牌一致性和影响力。
• 协助整理和维护结构化的内容资产库

职位要求

• 0-2年相关经验（应届生或者1一年以内经验均可），有创意内容、设计或视频制作经验优先。
• 有基础文案攥写能力，能独立完成简单活动文案，图文结合，脚本初稿等。
• 会使用基础平面设计工具（如PS, AI等），能独立完成简单物料制作；了解视频剪辑工具并会使用。
• 具备基础视觉审美与整体结构排版能力，并了解执行品牌设计规范。
• 了解CRM渠道内容基础格式（如邮件，移动设备推送图文，社交媒体推送图文等）或者愿意快速学习。

优先考虑的资质

• 有校园/实习期间/过往工作经验中与品牌营销活动内容制作经验。
• 了解基础平面/视频设计工具。
• 有成功内容表现的案例。
