Content Creator, Corporate Learning

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging learning content for corporate training programs. The role involves creating high-quality video scripts, reviewing training videos, and ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives. The content may range from customized training solutions for specific organizations to general professional development and workplace learning videos.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging scripts for corporate training videos, including both customized client-specific content and general learning modules.
• Research topics and create accurate, learner-focused content that aligns with training objectives.
• Review training videos to ensure content accuracy, clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
• Edit and refine scripts, voiceover content, and video narratives based on feedback and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, grammar, and messaging across all training and video content.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in English, Communications, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, instructional content development, or corporate training content creation.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Experience creating video scripts, learning content, or educational materials for professional audiences is preferred. 
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
