This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

This role combines content production, social media management, audience engagement, and performance analysis, making it ideal for someone who enjoys creating compelling digital content while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity.

Role Overview

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging video content using AI-powered tools, editing videos, managing social media platforms, promoting content, and driving audience growth. The Content Creator will oversee content publishing, community engagement, performance reporting, and content optimization while continuously identifying creative opportunities to increase brand awareness and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Creation

• Create engaging videos using AI-powered content creation tools.

• Develop creative video concepts aligned with the company's brand.

• Experiment with various video formats and styles.

• Continuously improve content quality and creativity.

Video Editing

• Edit and enhance video content using editing software.

• Add captions, graphics, text overlays, and visual enhancements.

• Maintain consistency across all published content.

• Deliver polished, high-quality video assets.

Social Media Management & Promotion

• Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Schedule and publish content consistently.

• Promote videos to maximize reach and engagement.

• Stay current with platform trends and best practices.

Audience Growth & Community Engagement

• Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement.

• Identify trending topics, hashtags, and viral opportunities.

• Engage with followers and respond to community interactions.

• Strengthen brand awareness across social platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor content performance using analytics platforms.

• Track engagement, views, reach, and follower growth.

• Deliver performance reports and actionable insights.

• Optimize content strategy based on performance data.

Qualifications Experience

• 1+ year of experience in content creation with a focus on video production and social media management.

• Experience creating video content using AI-powered tools.

• Experience managing social media platforms.

• Experience promoting content across multiple digital channels.

• Experience monitoring content performance and analytics.

Qualifications Skills

• Proficiency with AI-powered video creation tools.

• Proficiency with video editing software.

• Strong understanding of Instagram.

• Strong understanding of Facebook.

• Strong understanding of TikTok.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
