Content Associate

As a Content Associate, you’ll support the development and implementation of various content solutions to create a positive end-user experience and achieve business goals. Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members, you’ll assist with content creation, conduct initial quality checks, and help ensure deliverables meet internal and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day

• Assist in the development of instructional content such as eLearnings, videos, manuals, guides, modules, courses;

• Collaborate with SMEs and team members to gather information and feedback for content creation;

• Conduct initial quality checks to ensure content accuracy and adherence to solution guidelines;

• Support the management of documentation and records in accordance with internal and client requirements;

• Communicate effectively with team members to support content development processes;

• Learn and maintain knowledge of core applications, tools, industry trends, and best practices used in content development;

• Track time spent on content development activities.
