TITLE: Containment Installer IV
LOCATION: Remote 3-1 Rotation

POSITION SUMMARY: A Containment Installer IV is responsible for the daily installation of containment systems and brings a minimum of three (3) years of experience with HAC and modular data systems. This individual serves as a key liaison to the site supervisor and is capable of assuming supervisory responsibilities in the supervisor’s absence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Install hot and cold aisle containment systems, including panels, doors, ceiling structures, and mounting hardware.
Use basic hand tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring tape) to assemble and secure components.
Follow work instructions to ensure proper system layout and alignment.
Measure and cut materials accurately to fit within designated areas.
Inspect and test completed installations to ensure proper fit, function, and alignment.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and supervisors to complete installations on schedule.
Report material needs, progress updates, and any installation issues to the project lead or site supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Basic mechanical or construction skills; ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physically able to lift materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
Previous experience in construction, or data center infrastructure installation is a plus
Education/Experience:
High School diploma
3+ years mechanical experience required
3+ years of data center experience required

Computer Skills:
Knowledge in Microsoft Suite applications such as: Excel, Word, and Outlook is a plus

Certificates and Licenses:
No certificates or licenses required

Supervisory Responsibilities:
No direct supervisory responsibilities, will have acting role in the absence of the Site Supervisor

While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move objects 10-50 pounds; they are frequently required to stand, walk, stoop. Kneel, crouch, or crawl; Occasionally required to sit and climb and balance. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
