Consumer Processor

*NOTE: This role is open to sit in any location across our footprint* 

 This position will support Consumer Loan Officers in the loan origination process with an emphasis on post-application functions. Other responsibilities will include assisting with applications, closing and general loan file maintenance and servicing as needed. 

Requirements

Job Responsibilities 

Post   Closing File Management

· Board loan to core system

· Fund loan as instructed on Closing Disclosure

· Deliver loan to investors

· Board participations to system when funding   received from investors

· Track and update Final Title Policies

Application   Processing

· Receive loan set up instructions

· Complete Loan Estimate and provide to client   within required timeframe

· Order appraisals, title work, flood certification,   mortgage insurance and verification as instructed on loan set-up sheet

· Process rate locks

Closing   File Management 

· Maintain file in anticipation of closing 

· Communicate with Loan Officers, title companies,   insurance companies as necessary

· Order Payoffs

· Prepare Closing Disclosure and ensure provided to   client in required timeframe

· Prepare closing documents and print closing   packages for loan officer/title companies

· Support Loan Officer during closing as needed

Miscellaneous   Loan Processing Tasks

· Process unoriginated files (denials, withdrawals,   etc.)

· Ensure appraisals are provided to customers

· Provide support to Loan Officers

· Complete Quality Control audits as requested from   investors
