We’re looking for a highly organized, commercially minded Consultative Sales Specialist to support high-value client journeys for luxury real estate sales teams in South Florida.
This is a client-facing commercial role focused on written communication, lead management, CRM follow-up, and sales execution. You’ll work closely with real estate agents and leadership to understand each lead’s profile, identify commercial opportunities, build rapport with clients, coordinate next steps, and help move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
This is not a traditional assistant role, and it is not a cold-calling role. The real estate agent leads the direct sales calls, while you play a key role in executing the commercial strategy through CRM management, client communication, follow-up structure, property tour coordination, and attention to every detail that can influence the client experience and the closing process.
The ideal candidate has experience in consultative sales, account management, business development, B2B sales, client success, high-ticket sales, or commercial roles where understanding the client, asking the right questions, managing follow-up, and supporting strategic decisions are essential. Real estate experience, especially in the U.S. market or luxury segment, is highly valued but not required.
Manage and prioritize leads through the CRM, ensuring timely, accurate, and strategic follow-up.
Support client communication in English and Spanish through written channels with a polished, professional, and commercially intentional tone.
Analyze lead information to understand client needs, motivation, urgency, buying signals, risks, and next best actions.
Build rapport with high-profile clients through thoughtful follow-up and consistent communication.
Coordinate property tours, meetings, schedules, and next steps with the sales team.
Work closely with real estate agents to execute the agreed commercial approach for each client.
Develop and adjust follow-up strategies that support the team’s sales goals and help move qualified opportunities forward.
Use CRM data to identify opportunities, pending actions, and client priorities.
Provide commercial insights, client context, and structured updates to support better decision-making.
Use AI tools when needed to organize information, support analysis, structure follow-ups, and improve sales execution.
Support the client experience before, during, and after the sale.
Make sure no important detail is missed across high-value client interactions.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
2+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, business development, B2B sales, client success, sales operations, or commercial roles.
Strong client-facing communication skills, especially through written channels such as email, text, CRM messages, or chat-based communication.
Experience working with CRM tools and managing structured follow-up processes.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to understand client needs, priorities, objections, and buying signals.
Ability to analyze lead information and translate it into clear, practical, sales-oriented actions.
High attention to detail, organization, and ownership of follow-up.
Comfortable working closely with sales teams, executives, or high-performing commercial leaders.
Real estate, luxury sales, high-ticket sales, or U.S. market experience is highly valued.
Openness to using AI tools, automation, CRM systems, and technology to improve commercial workflows.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, high-performance environment.
Weekend availability required, with two weekdays off.
100% remote work from Colombia.

Base salary of up to $5,000,000 COP plus unlimited USD bonuses.
