Inviting applications for the role of Business Consultant - Analyst – English - Romania

The Analyst supports the project by onboarding dealers/locations globally to the Connected Dealers platform and ensuring that required data is shared by the relevant Dealer Management Systems (DMS), the data is validated and imported in the correct format so dealers can be integrated to the Connected Dealer platform on schedule.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Connected Dealers program, the Analyst will support the rollout of the solution across the OEM’s distribution network by onboarding additional dealers to the platform

This includes:

• Set up new dealer locations across all regions in line with rollout timelines

• Coordinate with various ERP system providers to ensure data is received in the required format

• Identify, communicate, and proactively follow up on data discrepancies or inconsistencies

• Perform data quality verification before and after initial data import to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Monitor data flows through post-integration and provide final data validation reports to the team

• Support ad-hoc client requests related to dealer setup and data quality topics

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Protect delivery quality by ensuring robust data validation, rapid issue resolution with DMS partners, and consistent reporting
• Maintain standardized onboarding and data quality processes (templates, checks, and runbooks) to reduce rework and support scalable rollout execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently while following defined processes accurately
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with data validation processes and strong Excel skills
