Job description:

Experience required: 5+ years

Role: SAP HCM Technical Consultant / Analyst
Experience: 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience; L3/L4 level.

Core expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration, particularly Payroll.

Key skill areas:

• SAP HCM / HR configuration
  

Payroll configuration

• PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) — hands-on experience required
• HR/payroll-related configuration remediation
• Ability to work on changes to HR attributes/configurations and remediate downstream configurations.
• Nature of work: Primarily hands-on keyboard/configuration work, not just functional/project management.
• Immediate requirement: Resources need to be able to start quickly, preferably 1 October / next week, subject to availability and onboarding.
• Location: India preferred, but location is flexible; remote/global resources can also be considered.
• Working hours: Should be comfortable with India evening shifts / US overlap, approximately 2 PM–11 PM IST. Shift/weekend flexibility may be required depending on workload.
