Job Description:

The Consultant Engagement Manager plays a critical role in building and growing Evergreen’s consultant network by driving pipeline development, strengthening consultant relationships, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This role owns key aspects of the candidate lifecycle, including sourcing and re-engaging talent, supporting candidate outreach and submission readiness, and maintaining ongoing consultant engagement to ensure visibility into availability and alignment to opportunities. In addition, this individual ensures accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (HubSpot) and partners cross-functionally to optimize recruiting processes, enhance the candidate experience, and inform talent strategies.

SALARY

$63,000+, depending on experience, in addition to bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

 

WHAT YOU’LL OWN 

  • Candidate sourcing and consultant network development — support consultant pipeline growth through sourcing, outreach, re-engagement, and candidate relationship management. ​

  • Candidate outreach and placement coordination — support active job outreach by putting together consultant shortlists and engaging with key consultants to get them ready for submission.

  • Consultant engagement and readiness — maintain ongoing consultant communication to support engagement, tracking availability, and placement readiness. ​

  • Recruiting operations and talent brand support — maintain recruiting data integrity while representing Evergreen’s culture and consultant-first experience in all candidate interactions.


WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Candidate Sourcing & Consultant Network Development

  • Conduct sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality talent.

  • Support consultant network growth through proactive sourcing, outreach, and targeted re-engagement efforts.

  • Re-engage past consultants through text outreach, email campaigns, and reconnect conversations to support future opportunities.

  • Test and implement new sourcing strategies, outreach tactics, and engagement approaches to strengthen pipeline development in emerging or hard-to-fill skill areas.

Candidate Outreach & Placement Coordination

  • Collaborate with Consultant Engagement Directors to develop candidate shortlists for active job opportunities.

  • Coordinate candidate submission materials, including VMS cover letters, candidate highlights, and supporting documentation.

  • Proactively engage shortlisted candidates to confirm interest, alignment, and submission readiness.

  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate documentation within the applicant tracking system (HubSpot) and other recruiting platforms.

Consultant Engagement & Readiness

  • Maintain ongoing communication with consultants to support engagement, relationship continuity, and visibility into availability.

  • Track consultant availability and proactively reconnect with those approaching availability windows (e.g., within 60 days) to assess readiness for new opportunities.

  • Validate consultant readiness for placement, including alignment to opportunities, updated information, and responsiveness for submission.

Recruiting Operations & Talent Brand Support

  • Represent Evergreen’s culture and consultant-first experience in all candidate interactions.

  • Maintain recruiting data integrity and support operational consistency across recruiting processes and systems.

  • Contribute ideas and insights to improve Evergreen’s talent brand, candidate experience, outreach messaging, and engagement strategies.

  • Share market feedback and candidate insights with leadership and recruiting team members to inform talent strategies and continuous improvement.

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Required Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or related field.

  • Experience supporting or contributing to candidate sourcing, outreach, or pipeline development activities

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, consultants, or stakeholders

  • Prior experience working in healthcare, staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition environments preferred.

  • Experience building relationships and communicating professionally with candidates, consultants, customers, or internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in core enterprise systems (i.e. O365, HubSpot & Workday), the ability to learn and effectively utilize role-specific systems and tools.   

  • Aptitude for learning and applying AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies.
