Construction Manager (CM)

About the role: Location: Mid-West (Central Region) Per diem available. We are looking for a Construction Manager (CM) on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You will oversee the safe, successful execution of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated Substation construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover. The CM serves as the owner's onsite representative. You will report to the onsite manager.

Location: Mid-West (Central Region) Per diem available.

1-year contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

• You will ensure contractors implement work observing contract documents, engineering requirements, company standards, safety expectations, budget, schedule, and quality goals.

• The Construction Manager leads field execution while coordinating Engineering, Development, Supply Chain, Environmental, Commissioning, and external team members throughout the project construction lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 8+ years of experience

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $58.00/hr. to $63.00/hr.
