Job purpose:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Confirmations Coordinator to support our reservation operations under Goway Travel Ltd.
You will work closely with internal teams and global suppliers to ensure all bookings are confirmed accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality service in the travel industry.
The Confirmations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of travel reservations under Goway Travel Ltd.
This role is responsible for managing service confirmations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and aligned with client requirements. By maintaining high standards of quality control and communication, the role directly contributes to operational efficiency and overall client satisfaction.
The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
