We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Confirmation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming scheduled moves with clients, ensuring all job details are accurate, and serving as a key communication link between our clients, Move Coordinators, Sales Team, and Operations. Your work ensures smooth execution of moves and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make confirmation calls to clients prior to their scheduled move dates.

  • Verify move details, including date, time, addresses, inventory, and any special instructions.

  • Communicate updates, changes, or client concerns to Move Coordinators, Sales, and Operations teams promptly.

  • Document all client interactions and confirmations accurately in the system.

  • Follow up on incomplete or missing information to ensure all jobs are ready for dispatch.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional phone manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service.

  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles preferred.

  • Excellent phone and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

  • Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM software (training provided).

  • Experience in the moving industry is a plus, but not required.
