The Configuration Analyst will configure customer web applications and pay gateways using proprietary SaaS tools while gathering and translating customer requirements into technical solutions. They are responsible for maintaining data integrity, creating comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery.
Configure customer web applications (portals) and pay gateways using RevSpring’s proprietary SaaS (software as a service) applications
Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate portal configurations
Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to translate customer requirements into specific software configurations
Employ SQL skills to write and execute SQL queries
Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, and network concerns
Analyze inbound data files to verify data integrity, consistency, and accuracy
Serve as the subject-matter expert for both existing and new configuration options across multiple applications
Create comprehensive documentation for existing and new configuration options, including user guides, manuals, and training materials;
Maintain and update customer-specific configuration profiles to facilitate efficient and personalized service
Work closely with Project Managers to align configuration activities with project timelines and objectives
Test, maintain, and monitor systems and use object-oriented programming languages, as well as client and server applications development processes
Engage in direct communication with customers to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and provide updates on configuration progress.
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in computer science, data science, technology, or a related technical or engineering field.
Required Experience:Two (2) years of experience with software development and/or Quality Assurance testing software applications.
Additional Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience coding and reviewing HTML/HTML 5
Experience with ETL/Data Warehouse
Thorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Ability to write and execute SQL queries
Ability to manage multiple projects, responsibilities, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
May work remotely 100% from a home office location anywhere in the United States. Travel to corporate office in Nashville, TN is not required.
HOURS: 40 hours per week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM); Mon– Fri.
