What You'll Do

As a Human Resources Compliance Analyst, you will support HR compliance initiatives across the organization by analyzing data, auditing processes, identifying risks, and developing practical solutions.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Analyze HR compliance data, dashboards, and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain compliance reports and tracking tools.
  • Conduct personnel file audits and compliance reviews.
  • Monitor employee licensing, certifications, clearances, training requirements, background checks, and other compliance documentation.
  • Identify compliance deficiencies and operational bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain HR compliance SOPs, workflows, forms, process maps, and other documentation.
  • Research and monitor Pennsylvania employment, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance and resources for HR teams and operational leaders.
  • Support audits, licensing inspections, accreditation reviews, and other regulatory activities.
  • Monitor corrective action plans and follow up on compliance findings.
  • Prepare executive summaries, compliance reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, HR Operations, Training, and affiliate leadership on compliance initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of new compliance systems, workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Assist with policy development, training, special projects, and organization-wide compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Affairs, HR Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience developing reports, analyzing data, and preparing summaries for leadership.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Master's degree.
  • Multi-state HR compliance experience.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRC, or similar HR/compliance certification.
  • Experience developing SOPs, workflows, process documentation, or process maps.
  • Experience supporting licensing reviews, accreditation surveys, audits, or regulatory inspections.
  • Multi-site or multi-state experience.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, SharePoint, Excel reporting, and compliance tracking systems.
