The Compensation Lead will support and maintain salary structures, conduct market benchmarking, and ensure internal equity across global regions. They will also partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance to manage compensation processes, reporting, and data accuracy within HR systems.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach, and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to ensure fair, competitive, and well-structured compensation decisions.
You will play a key role in salary benchmarking, offer design, reporting, and compensation processes, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Business Leaders.
