Community Coordinator

We are seeking a Community Coordinator to foster meaningful relationships with creators and support the successful execution of influencer campaigns across TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms. You'll be at the heart of our creator community—guiding onboarding, facilitating clear communication, encouraging engagement, and helping creators succeed throughout every campaign.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building vibrant creator communities that drive brand growth and authentic customer connections.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome creators and onboard them into the brand ecosystem
• Share briefs, offers, hooks, deadlines, links, and instructions
• Manage WhatsApp or community channels and keep engagement active
• Support creators with questions about posting, linking, codes, timelines, and expectations
• Help creators understand what content is needed and how to improve performance
• Track creator posting activity, momentum, and participation
• Nurture creator relationships and maintain trust with the creator base
• Escalate operational issues such as shipping, linking, or compliance problems
• Publish weekly creator activity recaps with next actions

What We’re Looking For

• Platform & Shop Expertise: Direct proficiency in TikTok Shop workflows, encompassing creator integration, campaign management, and content ROI analysis.
• Agency & Portfolio Management: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced agency settings, successfully overseeing extensive creator networks for various client profiles.
• Engagement & Relationship Building: Superior interpersonal abilities with a focus on real-time creator communication via WhatsApp to secure long-term partnership loyalty.
• Execution & Analytical Reporting: Meticulous approach to operational logistics, including sample fulfillment tracking and the delivery of comprehensive creator performance insights.
• Operational Availability: Commitment to a remote schedule precisely synchronized with Pacific Time business hours for seamless team coordination.
• Social Commerce Advocacy: Passionate interest in the evolving social retail space with a drive to empower creators and elevate brand visibility.
