As the Communications and Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative, increasing our market presence, and driving growth of our employer brand.   • Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple projects, campaigns, and initiatives simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the automotive sector.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, optimising spends for maximum impact.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyse the performance of marketing and communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Innovation: Continuously bring fresh and creative ideas to the table to differentiate our brand in the automotive industry.
