You’ll develop and deliver internal and external communication plans, support media relations, create clear and engaging content, and help protect and grow our reputation with stakeholders. It’s a role for someone who can think ahead, stay organised, and bring a calm, steady approach while still backing themselves and their expertise.

If you’re a communications professional who enjoys media relations, stakeholder engagement, internal and external communications, content creation, digital channels, social media, corporate communications and reputation management, this is a chance to do Good Work with a team that is flat, friendly and forward moving.

  • Manage proactive and reactive media relations, including regional media support and issue monitoring.
  • Create, edit and proof high-quality content across digital channels, social media, print, publications, reports and stakeholder communications.
  • Support key business events, webinars and recognition programmes, and help bring communications plans to life across the organisation.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to provide sound advice in a collaborative, low ego way.
  • A proactive, organised and methodical approach, with the ability to manage changing priorities and work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Experience across digital and traditional communication channels, with Adobe and Microsoft Office skills highly regarded.

  • Ongoing training and development, with clear career growth and progression opportunities.
  • Great discounts at a wide range of retailers.

Ko wai mātou | About us

At Fulton Hogan, Good Work is about more than what we deliver. It’s how we show up, how we treat each other, and how we keep moving forward together. We’re not big on hierarchy or ego. We work side by side, back good ideas, and give people the space to make an impact. That means a relaxed, human environment day to day, and serious standards when it counts.

You’ll be joining a business that values safety, progress, strong relationships and doing the right thing. We take the work seriously, not ourselves.
