We are now seeking a Communication Integration-Programme & Campaign for one of our clients.
About the assignment:
Programme/campaign manager will be responsible for supporting the local market campaigns in creation, activation, optimization of the campaign and achieving the results/objectives based on the KPIs set.
The campaign manager will need to have a solid understanding of all the available content across different campaigns and should be able to advise of how to utilize them in the markets.
Programme/ campaign manager will help and guide for the selection of the right target audience, support the message house creation, matching the right message for the right part of the funnel, and localizing or creating new content pieces along the funnel. Will further support in selecting the right go to market channels for the target audience, guiding the agency to adjust the content accordingly. Support the markets in the landing page creation to create and engaging storyline. Support the markets to develop MA email flows and create the right adobe reports in the system and analysing the data and support them in optimization during execution and derive results and insights at the end of the campaign for next steps.
By analyzing past initiatives, the programme/campaign manager should further identify weaknesses in the awareness/engagement or bottom funnel of the journey, recommending targeted content or clear calls to attract the right audience.
The programme/campaign manager should also support the some of the coordination of the Tier 1 programmes with the markets for the selected projects.
Technical experience:
Digital marketing expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tactics such as email marketing, content marketing, paid media – SOME advertising, SEO. Channel knowledge especially tailored for B2B
Integrated Campaign Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of B2B marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, trade shows, etc.) and through marketing automation. Knowledge of paid, earned, shared, and owned channels. Knows campaign optimization. Can do segmentation and tailored messaging of content. Conducted integrated B2B campaigns
Marketing Automation Platforms: Familiarity with marketing automation tools especially Pardot or similar platforms to manage leads, nurture them.Pardot/Salesforce (CRM) usage before
Adobe Analytics platform: Able to understand the data provided by the reports, derive insights, and improve & optimize for next steps in the campaigns, be able to provide suggestions. Use of adobe reports or google analytics reports
Content creation: Ability to direct agencies to create compelling marketing collaterals including case studies, reports, presentations, and SOME posts related to the food & beverage manufacturing industry . Ability to create a good storyline to attract prospects along the journey
Lead generation campaigns: Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through targeted marketing campaigns Has conducted lead generation campaigns and shown clear results
AI-Driven Marketing & personalisation: Practical use of AI tools for content creation, segmentation, and campaign optimisation (e.g., generative AI for copy, dynamic email content, predictive lead scoring) Understanding of AI search (e.g., generative search) and how to adapt content for discoverability. Ability to use AI for audience insights and intent data analysis Ability to use AI for audience insights, search insight and intent data analysis
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) 1 to few: Experience with ABM strategies for high-value B2B accounts. Ability to align sales + marketing on targeted account journeys Personalised content and multichannel orchestration at account level. Has implemented 1 to few campaigns
Required skills:
Has a bachelor's degree, typically in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. Might have had a master’s degree in the field as well.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or packaging industry.
Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on campaign performance metrics.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaign simultaneously
Stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messaging to B2B customers especially in manufacturing industry
Ability to work cross-functionally with comms ops in the markets, global external & internal comms teams, marketing to align on the objectives.
Problem solving skills, Flexibility/ adaptability
Ability to create compelling presentations and being able to deliver them for campaign result reporting
Preferrd skills:
Experience from food & beverage manufacturing or packaging industry.
Use to working in different timezones.
Masters in related field like digital marketing
Start date: Mid August
Duration: 12 month
Remote work: 100 % remote work in Sweden or Europe
