• Apply process and business data understanding to deliver automation and AI-based solutions that are aligned to business outcomes.

• Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT to design and build agentic AI capabilities that accelerate transformation for Commercial Operations

Your Skills and Expertise   

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of experience in an application or data role

OR

High school/ GED and 11 years of experience in an application or data role

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

•    4 years in commercial operations, data management, or similar experience with business domain and process understanding.
•    4 years with one of the following Python, Java, SQL, Shell, Go, Rust.
•    3 years leveraging and deploying solutions on cloud native data services such as Azure, AWS, Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks.
•    1 year experience doing LLM agentic AI systems including multi-task orchestration, memory context management, or similar concepts

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

•    Hands-on experience with Developing on Microsoft platforms like Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Foundry
•    Hands-on experience with Using coding harnesses with one of the following Open AI Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
•    Hands-on experience with Deploying cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) using one or more of the following technologies: Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, Puppet, Chef, etc.

Travel: May include up to 15% of the time for team meetings, strategic planning sessions, or key stakeholder engagements.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
